The fluid and dynamic movement of food around the city [see The Everywhere Store] reduces predictability but produces large amounts of data. Immersive environments are created to visualize and make legible this data, allowing a citizen to explore the produce available between, for instance, his work and home. Rather than precise food selection, his explorations and interactions in this virtual environment can be used to generate probabilistic paths along which different dishes or meals may be assembled. This, in turn, incentivizes purveyors to organize themselves syntactically.
